CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price at Malik’ah NYC. Although the full amount is charged, you may still redeem your service by contacting us within 24 hours of your original appointment time to reschedule. Your payment will be applied to the rescheduled service. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. LATE ARRIVALS We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are running late, please call to let us know. After the grace period, your service may be shortened at the full scheduled price to respect the next client’s appointment. If there is not enough time to complete your service, you may need to reschedule.
